Dermal Fillers

Restore architecture, not volume for volume's sake.

Overview

Filler is architecture. Done right, it restores the bony and fat-pad support your face loses over time — cheek, jawline, chin, temple — so the rest of your face hangs correctly. It is not about chasing volume.

We use hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, RHA® collection) and biostimulators (Sculptra®, Radiesse®) chosen by area, tissue depth, and how you age. Cannula-first technique reduces bruising and vascular risk.

We treat cheeks, midface, jawline, chin, lips, tear troughs, temples, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and hands.

Benefits

  • Lifted midface and softer nasolabial folds
  • Defined jawline and chin without surgery
  • Hydrated, balanced lips with maintained shape
  • Brighter under-eye area with proper indication
  • Long-term collagen stimulation with biostimulators

Who it's for

  • Patients 30+ noticing midface or jawline volume loss
  • Anyone wanting subtle lip rejuvenation, not 'done' lips
  • Patients pursuing facial balance, not feature-by-feature changes
  • Long-term planners who want collagen-building biostimulators

How it works

  1. 1

    Full-face consultation

We map proportions and decide where filler is — and is not — indicated.

  2. 2

    Numbing

Topical numbing or dental block for sensitive areas.

  3. 3

    Cannula-first injection

Blunt cannula for deeper areas to reduce bruising and vascular risk; needle only when precise placement is needed.

  4. 4

    2-week follow-up

Assess settling and decide if additional product is needed.

What to expect

Initial results are visible immediately and settle over 2 weeks as swelling resolves. HA fillers last 6–18 months by area. Biostimulators build collagen over 3–6 months and last up to 2 years.

Downtime

Minor swelling 24–72 hours, possible bruising 3–7 days. Most patients return to work the same or next day.

FAQs

Is filler reversible?+

HA fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Biostimulators cannot — we only use them where we are confident.

How long does it last?+

Lips: 6–12 months. Cheeks and jawline: 12–18 months. Sculptra: up to 2 years.

Will I look 'done'?+

Not in our practice. We plan in syringes spread over months rather than overfilling in one visit.
